CANCELING AN ORDER?
Don’t Rush! Take a second to double check your order and the total amount in your cart before you place your order—we’re unable to modify or edit your order once it’s been placed. If you’d like to cancel, you’ll need to reach out to customer service during normal PST hours, within 60 minutes of placing an order. Our wait and response times are longer than normal due to high volume and you may not be able to reach us within the cancellation window. If that is the case, no problem—you can return it once your order has been received.

EDITING THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER.
Once an order is placed, we're unable to edit or make changes. We can attempt to update the address through our shipping carriers. Keep in mind, this process is never a guarantee as it depends on the status of the shipment.

DELAYED IN SHIPPING.
You may experience delays with carriers and that is beyond our control. Follow your tracking to see your order’s progress. We want to ensure you receive your order.
